We hold the Inventory of our good sellers in the USA & UK to offer the quickest possible deliveries to our customers. We aim to dispatch our orders within the same or next working day from the date of their receipt. We owe complete responsibility for our tools not only till its delivery but after sales services as well to provide a great buying experience to our prestigious clients.

We accept payment through eBay's approved payment gateway, Payoneer. Customers may use their credit, debit card & Internet banking to make a purchase from our eBay store. Our payment include Item cost, and applicable state taxes but not does not include the Import duty and taxes of the respective country, if any. 

For a seller, returns are the most undesirable part of an eCommerce business. However, we take complete onus and responsibility of supplying you a completely brand new product without any manufacturing or transit damage. Though we packed our goods with utmost care and strong packaging material, since our products are heavy in weight, there could be transit damage in a few cases.

However it has been seen that such issues are not always a problem and our customers could still use them. We do not expect our customers to do any quality compromise but we still request them to please contact us first before leaving a poor feedback or opening a return request. In majority of the cases, we have experienced that we manage to resolve the issue amicably without any trouble. So a discussion is the best way of a desired resolution.

In-case of any manufacturing defect, kindly return the product unused in its original packing and we will provide instant replacement or issue you a full refund back to the same payment mode which was used by the buyer. In case if the customer makes a mistake in buying incorrect or incompatible size tools than his requirement, we can still accept the return but the cost of the return shipping has to be borne by the buyer. Also while processing his refund, we will deduct the cost of shipping the item from our warehouse to his address initially.

For any return related to our manufacturing defect or issues like wrong item delivery, we owe the responsibility and will either provide a return label or pay for the return postage. Thanks

Before signing the receipt slip upon delivery kindly check the product in-front of the delivery person for any damages if caused during transit. Do not sign the receipt slip and kindly return the parcel in-case you find the product in damaged condition due to mishandling, we will take care of all claims with the delivery company.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from receiving the product.

Product will be delivered to your door-step through a real time tracking AWB. kindly mention your complete delivery address along-with your contact number at the time of placing your order. Please note that we do not deliver to the PO Box Addresses as the courier companies in India do not accept packages having PO box addresses.

Tracking showing deliveries at Porch and neighborhood on the courier company's website shall be deemed as delivered and not entitle for a refund request.

Please be aware that some countries may have local import regulations which restrict certain products from being imported. Although to the best of our knowledge, our tools does not fall in the restricted category of any country, except Russia where an Individual can not purchase from a Business. We cannot take any responsibility for the delivery of orders due to local import regulations & restrictions in your respective countries. No refund / return is applicable in such cases.

Also any return of the package due to non completion of any required document at the destination custom's end will not be considered as our mistake. All applicable duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. If packages are being denied on basis of such reasons, then the refund shall be processed after deducting the cost of shipping from India to destination and back to India as this will be considered as customer's non acceptance where we are not to be considered at mistake. thanks
