These offers on my page are from a large estate which has many signed and expertised items.  I am a novice on better German stamps but I do know that cancels are suspect on some of the items.  Starting prices reflect this.  Judging by the neatness and completeness of this album I would suspect most used stamps to be a genuine cancel but the decision is in your court.  I also warn you on items known to have amny fake cancels throughout my listings if appropriate.  Items with a suspected selling price of over $100 will be sent priority mail using the ebay global shipping option.  Lower priced items will be sent regular mail and will not be combined to lower loss of lost mail.  Recent outcomes of mail to europe has been very positive.

My shipping policy states 100% amount listed for first most expensive item, then 50% of the amount listed for all other additional items.  On this specific item it will be going priority mail.  So as many items added to it that fit in the envelope can go at half the price listed.
