Assembled Size is: 15.5" Long x 12.5" Height with a 4 13/16" beam

The kit is listed as used because New, open box is not an option in this format.  As per the pictures, all of the parts are still sealed in bags, and the directions and other literature are included.  The box itself definitely shows signs of long shelf life, including being stained.
