The Black Knight mark was used between about 1925 and 1941 - Graham & Zenger was a New York City based importer and wholesaler .. The blanks were originally manufactured then designed and painted by the Hutschenreuther Porcelain Factories to be imported..It is believed in the late 1930's, the company transferred their decorating company to the US while still buying their blanks from Germany..At the outbreak of WWII, Graham and Zenger and their Black Knight China brand ceased trading..
