This is a vintage Lefton China figure. He is really the sweetest with his spaghetti blonde hair and smart tux with pin stripe pants and top hat.  The hair may have chipping but I cannot tell how much as it doesn't look bad and the hair is just a lot of sprigs of spaghetti porcelain .  The rest is no chipping or cracking.  PLEASE SEE PICTURES FOR MORE DETAILS!
