These are brand new Running Fire running pouches for your shorts. They clip over your shorts/pants with a super strong 1 inch long magnet to secure the flap over your waistband. There is one larger pocket to store a smaller phone measuring 5 1/2 by 3 1/2" ( iPhone mini without a case or earlier iPhone) or some gels or  a passport or whatever you need to carry.
