Put 2g (2 teaspoons) of matcha in a teacup.
Pour 60ml of hot water at 80℃ and whisk thoroughly with a Chasen (tea whisk).
How to make cold Matcha
Put about 2 to 3 grams of Matcha.
Add 50ml of hot water and whisk with a Chasen.
Add a few ice cubes to the infused Matcha.
4... Serve when half of the ice has melted and the tea is cold.
