Solid old growth Doug Fir. Let me know the
measurements you need this and jamb width
and we can make the doors 1-3/4 – 1-7/8”.
You will get the wrought iron hardware on the door.
I need to know the rough opening and the jamb width
and the swing of the door.
We can make the jamb any size. You are not limited to
“normal” jamb sizes.
Hardware both sides. If there is a speakeasy is it
operable?
If we do a door that has a speakeasy
we will put glass in it for weather protection as
well as a wooden door.
If you do not want the glass let us know otherwise
glass
is there and a
wooden door as default. Each door comes with two sets of trim/casing.
SOLID real Doug Fir reclaimed. Never fillers or
engineered wood.
We can also do in solid oak or solid alder for the
same price.
We can also add some decorative nails and L brackets
and door knockers no additional price.
All of the wrought iron is hand made by blacksmiths.
If you see hardware on a door listed it will come
with that hardware.
You can switch out hardware if you like and choose
different speakeasy cages.
We can give you a choice of door knockers and even
put your initial in the door knocker.
We can kerf the jambs and insert the
weatherstripping.
We are running 6 to 8 weeks. Usually sooner.
If you are in
a time crunch let me know.
The door will
be solid wood and close to 2" thick.
We will most
likely be delivering in our Sprinter van with our own drivers
especially if
a door has glass.
You will just
need to have someone on site to unload.
Door will come
in the frame.
If you want
the files of all of the doors we make
let me know
and we can send to you.

“Unusual doors
often take you to the unusual worlds” Mehmet Murat Ildan
Doors create a
magnificent first impression. Yours can go beyond being
a simple entry
way to one that reflects your personality and adds character
and warmth. No
two doors are every exactly alike. Each board of wood has
it’s own
unique character. From simple to elaborate our rustic doors provide
you with the
look and personality and mood you want.
Our doors are
made here in San Diego by our very talented carpenters.
We buy our
hardwoods from a company here in San Diego and we can offer
Alder,
mahogany, oak, maple and birch. And we can offer the
Reclaimed Doug
Fir 70 – 100 years old. Our wrought iron is hand made
and hand
forged by blacksmiths. We will be glad to have custom out of the box
designs made
for you.
We do not do the bore holes for the locksets.
Those need to be done on site.
You will
receive throw bolts for double doors and those also need to be installed
on site.
If you are in
a Title 24 State for the glass where it has to
be Low E dual
glazed tempered you are
responsible to
let me know.
Please check
with your State requirements otherwise
we will give
you
tempered or
laminate glass.
You may choose
among a dozen different glass designs and we also have
clear and a
swirly seedy.
Our doors are
solid wood. We never use engineered wood or
fillers or
veneers.
These doors
are built to last in most cases longer than we do. 😊
Unless all you
want is a replacement door
the single
doors come pre hung in the frames/jambs.
For double
doors that are shipped we breakdown in
the very well
made protective crates with instructions for assembling the jambs.
We often
deliver to Texas and California and Arizona and Nevada
so if you
order double doors there
is a good
chance we have a trip coming up and can bring
the double
doors to you still in the frame
without
breaking down.
We will also
send you a video my grandson made on how to stain the doors
which is very
easy to follow.
Upon request I
can send you the files of all of the doors we have made.
You can also
send a picture of a door you would like
that you draw
up or find online.
Since 2014 we
have made approximately 10,000 doors.
Many of those
doors started out as a customer’s
rough ideas
drawn on a piece of paper
that we were
able to bring to life. We do have discounts for multiple
doors and
shipping discounts. We will be happy to look sat your door
schedule.
Hawaii and
Puerto Rico will be more for shipping.
Doors are made at 4178_D
Cartagena Drive in San Diego. For local pick up that is where you
would go.

site if needed.
