I am now offering First Class postage in manilla envelopes on low cost, low weight items.  This will be stamp postage and will not have tracking on it to keep the price lower.

• Semi-fitted dress has back buttoned bodice with front and back darts sewn to pleated skirt with back zipper and side seam pockets; long sleeves and short lined sleeves have gathered cap and sleeve heads; peplum is sewn into waistline seam; flower is included.
