NOTE: this will only work for a truck with cruise and audio buttons.  Will not work in a truck with only Cruise buttons.  Depending on year/model you might have to use your old steering wheels harness as Ford did change the plugs over the years.  It is a simple swap; buttons are the same, but the plug from the steering wheel to the column is different.
