Zips up the back with hook and yarn closure, hidden side slit pocket. No holes, rips or tears. A couple of small, light stains ~ I haven't treated them, I didn't notice them until they were under my photo lights. Stains are shown in the 3rd and 7th pictures. One pleat has a split seam.

The size tag came off when I washed it, I think was sized 0 but

please check measurements to ensure proper fit as vintage sizing

is different than today's sizing.
