DXB-1 Spindle Encoder Replacement for FANUC Spindle Encoder A20B-2003-0310 (Two-Phase Output)
Product Introduction:
This encoder is based on the built-in permanent magnet, and integrates the magnetic induction components to design the magnetic induction type non-contact sensor head to sense the scale number of the moving ferromagnetic material, and correct or divide the signal with the circuit. It takes the gear as the measurement object, and can be used to measure the rotational speed, displacement, period, frequency, speed, length measurement, distance log, hydraulic pressure, liquid level, impeller rotary flowmeter, torque, mechanical transmission and dynamic monitoring of trains and cars. The modules of the corresponding gears are mainly 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5.

- Using antimony steel single crystal with excellent magnetic sensitivity, high measurement accuracy and high output voltage
- Working temperature -40℃ to +125℃
- Measurable speed of 400,000 revolutions per minute or more
- The suitable distance from the encoder to the top of the gear is about 0.25mm, which is not easy to be damaged by scratches
