This item was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured part. According to the enclosed instructional and application sheet, this is used on the following models and years:

Included in the box is one mount, installation parts package and an instructional sheet. All are in brand new, never used condition and are free of any damage. The original box is in good condition.
