ought mid eighties and used for a couple of years. Small marks on exterior- see photos. Very minor signs of wear around the edges, none on the inside leather; snap strap in good condition, popper has cover; pen holder intact; 6-ring binder clamp spring functioning but does not quite close at top (- see pics - does not affect use; chrome has minimal scratches; pocket flaps and lining all in very good condition; business card pocket window still present and undamaged though a little yellowed at the ends. Gilt branding stamp inside is shiny as new. Index & paper contents yellowed at edges but not torn or marked.
