Offered are these Mid Century made ceramic bench sitting salt and pepper shakers. The 3 piece set includes a boy figure with turban holding a horn, a girl figure with head scarf (ghoonghat) holding a pitcher and both seated on a miniature wood bench. All pieces appear to be in excellent vintage condition. The rubber stoppers are present although have hardened and cracked with age. I have not tried to remove them. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs found on the ceramic. No crazing of the glaze visible. Bench construction is sturdy. Please see all photos for more detail on condition. All pieces are stamped "Japan".
