These 2 items are a matching set and were used for a short time.  The larger one is a portable hanging file holder with 3 metal flowers on the front and back and one on each side.  It measures 9 1/2 inches high by 12 inches long by 5 1/2 inches wide.  The other is a smaller divided rack measuring 5 inches high by 7 inches long and 2 1/4 inches wide.  The smaller rack has 3 slots.
