This game edition is rare as it came from EA Sports Corporate office and was used as a Quality Assurance Research game, as noted on the front cover and front of the game.  The game appears to be in outstanding unscratched condition.  I obtained this along with an assortment of other items from a moving company that moved EA Sports Corporate offices.  This comes from a smoke free environment.    This will be securely packaged.  I combine shipping.
