The label stating, "Unique Crystal", and "Made in Poland" is still intact and the name of the artist, "Adam Jablonski" is etched on the bottom of the vase.

The blown art glass vase has infused metal within the glass (see close up pictures) and the infusion of metal was Jablonskis way of producing abstract art with iridescent and colorful hues. 

 Because of the various hues, it was difficult to get good pictures.  The vase is beautiful, and I have not found it on the eBay or the web so we are assuming that it is rare.
