Beautiful American #5 (or 6th issue) blue decal eyed hard head blonde pigtails Chatty Cathy. Ready for display.

I thoroughly cleaned this doll. Her hair was cut but I restyled it into messy pigtails. The vinyl head and limbs are discolored but resembles a tan and looks very good. Her face paint is original except for the lips. I repainted and glossed them. Her teeth are original. It does appear she has been opened for talk box repair. She has her ring and pull string but she is mute. Her right eye does stick open but can be closed manually. I made her a swimsuit inspired by the original red romper and put coordinating ribbons in her hair. Her limbs are tight so she can be posed and she can stand alone but a brand new doll stand is included.
