This is a vibrant life size extra small red Flex knit T strap harness. My 13 pound mini dachshund puppy outgrew this it is just I’ll probably about an inch or so too tight around the tummy. The bottom cord that goes around the stomach is 15 inches in circumference at the most and you could probably get that a lot smaller And it’s 5 1/2 inches from the neck to the bottom. it’s still in very good condition we we just had this in the car for when we forgot one where we were going so we had an extra so it hasn’t been used much in very good condition it looks like a knit sweater actually The fabric is like a sweater knit it’s in pretty good condition and I offer free shipping to the Lower 48 states.
