Pre-owned. The dress has several flaws. The right side of the skirt hem has been roughly cut off, the seam on the right side has loose stitching which has created a hole, and the left sleeve is fraying and loose from the body of the dress. The bunny looks fine, though pulling the dress away from the bunny reveals that the dress has given the bunny a slight pink tone where the dress has been against it for years. Not perfect but most of the issues are only noticeable upon close inspection and handling; it would still look pretty good sitting on a shelf.
