Payments: Quick payments are appreciated as that will allow for faster handling time and you will get your item quicker. If payment is not received with in 3 days of purchase, an unpaid item case will be opened. If you just need a little more time to pay, please let me know.
Shipping: All items will ship within [1-2] business day after payment has been received. No Shipping available on Sundays and Federal Holidays. We usually ship on the same day or next day depending on the time of the order. Packages are shipped on a daily basis.
Pictures: Pictures are as accurate as can be. Color may vary depending on lighting/computer screens, but should be minimal. Any flaws found will be pictured and noted.
Feedback: Please let us know if there is anything that was unsatisfactory before leaving negative feedback. Even though we inspect our items thoroughly, we are only human and may miss a flaw. We appreciate the opportunity to satisfy our customers and fix or resolve any problems that may occur before receiving feedback.
Returns: Satisfaction Guaranteed!!If you are unsatisfied with any part of you purchase please let us know. We will do what it takes to make you a happy customer! Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. The product you return must be in the same condition you received in and if the item is new, it must have original tags, if brand new with tags. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please note if the item is non returnable, it will be listed in the listing.
Items: We sell both new and used items. We inspect each product to the best of our abilities for any flaws and note them in the items description. Wrinkling may occur from storage. Most of our items are purchased elsewhere, but all items we sell are stored in a smoke free/pet free environment.
