Classic Sachs Huret Duopar Eco rear derailleur. Made in France in the early 1980`s. Up to 34t rear tooth capacity so great for a period touring bike. Fully rebuilt + serviced - see below. 

This one is designed to fit a standard Campagnolo style frame dropout with a hanger built into the dropout. When mounting the derailluer remove the plastic cap at the top pivot then undo the rear screwed in nut that sits in the rear of the mounting bolt. Then screw the pivot bolt onto the hanger (remembering to orientate the pivot stop correctly) and once the derailleur is free to pivot but without excess play, you screw the rear nut in at the back and this locates the mech correctly by expanding the thread (it sort of makes sence when you look at the mech mounting parts and I`m happy to talk you through it on the phone)  At the time of writing I also have a Huret Duopar Eco rear mech with a hanger built into the mech (see my Ebay store for details).


Condition-The derailluer has been fully disassembled then all parts have been cleaned. All steel parts have then been polished and everything has been rebuilt with TF2 lithium based grease. Everything moves as it should and there is very little wear to jockey wheels. A nice looking example. Please see all photos.
