It is New Old Stock and in Excellent Condition.  It has never been displayed and came right out of the box to be photographed.  Please look at the pictures carefully.  There are no marks, scratches or blemishes on this item.

It is made out of vinyl, not paper, and measures 49 in. long by 18 1/4 in. tall.

It will be rolled up and shipped in a square tube.
