Thrifting find. Deadstock "Nu-Lume" silver-color aluminum house numbers, made in USA by Macklanburg Duncan. Circa 1940s. Unused; found with a box of mixed new-old-stock house numbers and sign letters. These have a bright silver, grid-texture surface front and back. There are 32 numbers in all and each is about 3.65" tall. Several of 6 or 9 but not any 1 or 2. Several "1/2," which you don't see so often. Four packets of 5/8" silver-color mounting nails included.
