Cassette tape by Richmond, Virginia band: GWAR - This Toilet Earth, 1994, on Metal Blade, catalog # P4-53889 and MBC 53889 .  This is the second issue on tape, but still the same year that this was officially released (as there was an advance promo the year prior).  J-card is multi-panel, with crazy cartoons inside, and lyrics.  

Condition: The only reason I graded this 'Good' is the drill hole in the spine of the card -- which did not touch the shell at all.  In all other respects, both the j-card and shell are very VG++.  I tested the first few minutes of A, and the last few minutes of music on B, and it played fine.  See above for further description; and please expand the photos for a close-up view. 

This will be carefully wrapped with solid cardboard on both sides, and taken to the post office within two business days of receipt of payment.
