All the acorns come from the Huge Red Oak Trees, located on my property, where they are allowed to grow naturally without chemicals, etc. of any kind.
Each box will be full. I filled 3 individual boxes, of the same size, and the average amount of acorns, per box, was approximately 150 acorns. This will vary do to each individual acorns size, as all are different. The average weight was approx. 1.25 lbs.
The Red Oak acorns are a great source of nutrition for animals, and are sure to attract a variety of wildlife to your area.
I have sorted these acorns and allowed them to remain, in cold storage, to insure
they are free of insects.
