Item Description
The Victor TT-81, released in Japan in 1981 during the "Golden Era" of Japanese audiophile equipment, is a well-regarded but extremely rare direct drive turntable of high quality in both engineering and sound. The TT-81 features a low-vibration 12-pole, 24-slot, high-torque brushless DC motor, controlled by a high-precision FG servo quartz lock. There is a great electronic brake system that uses reverse current to stop platter rotation at a moment’s notice. The TT-81 has some impressive stats, including an SNR of 73 dB (DIN-B) and wow and flutter of <0.01% (rotating part). The TT-81 is a highly precise vintage Japanese turntable that you won’t want to miss!

This turntable is in very good condition, with some signs of use, including some scratches and scuffs (please see photos). This turntable has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation.
