This computer tower came from Colorado State University's Surplus Property department. And since it's coming from a university setting, you can trust it's been properly maintained and repaired as needed. State university computers are removed from service on a state-mandated schedule - not due to failure. The university's equipment is taken care of all the way to retirement. And items make their way to the surplus store only if they're still in working order.

This unit has been tested by CSU to verify that it powers on. No further testing was carried out. The hard drive has been wiped and the operating system uninstalled. There is no power cord, Wi-Fi card, monitor, keyboard, or mouse included. 

This unit comes with a Microsoft product key to install either Windows 7 or Windows 10 Pro. You can use the Windows 7 key to immediately upgrade to 10 Pro.

We've worked with many of these surplus computer towers and we've never had any trouble powering them up and installing Windows 10 Pro, using the Windows 7 key (included on the exterior of the tower). You'll need a power cord, Wi-Fi card, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and Win10 on a flash drive.
