Limited edition cassette tape, factory sealed, by Boston, Massachusetts hardcore / metal band: Only Living Witness - Innocents, 1995, Century Media, first edition, US issue.  

Under the shrink wrap, the case appears to have no cracks.  (Please expand the photos for verification.)  On the upper spine, just over the letter N of ONLY, there is a small indentation which is beneath the shrink, and does not extend below.  At first I thought it was a half-hearted drill mark, but it seems to be part of the case's manufacture. It doesn't go through the case. 

This will be carefully packed between solid cardboard, and sent out within two business days of receipt of payment.  

Shipping is combined, and includes tracking.  At least four tapes can be sent in one box for the mailing price of just one: 4.85.
