After the Shiseido campaign ended, the song was used 8 times in commercials for other companies, and is still being used as a commercial song for McDonald's Japan in 2023, 40 years after its release. This is a single-only song not included on the 1977 album by Ami Ozaki, a talented singer/songwriter from the 1970s known for providing songs such as Seiko Matsuda's "Tenshi no Wink" and Anri's "Olivia wo Kikinagara". Following her debut album, this album was produced by Masataka Matsutoya, who was in charge of both sides of the arrangement. The song is coupled with "My Pure Lady," an acoustic bossa tune about wavering love that became a hit as the Shiseido Spring Campaign commercial song in 1977, and "Sun Light," a Japanese free soul tune that is also not included on the album. The following year, the album was released with Anri's "Sun Light" as the coupling track. The following year, Ami provided Anri with "Olivia wo Kikinagara,” cementing her position as a songwriter.
