I have had this rod from new for a little over three years and I would say it is well used but has plenty of life left. Most of the eyes show signs of corrosion although it doesn’t impact the performance in anyway.

I have added white mighty bright tip tape and a breakaway coaster to the reel seat for a trigger grip and to ensure the reel doesn’t spin on the rod when under pressure. Obviously comes with rod bag.

It is a very capable rod I have used it for almost everything. I have landed rays to 14lbs on it while also being able to detect the bites of small plaice. It’s a J curve rod making it easier to cast if you don’t have room to wind up a pendulum.

Although it’s a 6nbait it’ll take a 7oz lead a whole joey if you get the occasional urge to catch jaws. It’s also happy being used with a fixed spool reel either in the up or down position.

Priced so lowly due to the fact I no longer use it and just want it to go to a good home.
