Please note: It might be a bit difficult to tell from the pictures, but the part that goes over the top of your head is a padded strap and not rigid plastic.  I think it's a little more obvious with this model than with the previous model because this one has gray side pieces, but I still thought I should mention it.  

Also, the battery is integrated into the head strap and isn't swappable like some other models.
