Vintage 6-room dollhouse, identified as a Tekwood De Luxe model, dating to the 1940s. It was distributed by Sears Roebuck.

Entire house measures about 14 inches high, not including the chimney, and 23 inches wide.

Scale appears to be somewhere between 1:16 and 1:24. The front doorway is 4 inches high.

Construction is Masonite, cardboard, and a small amount of wood, all held together with screws.

House has 4 windows on the front that really open, and which are intact. The windows on the sides of the house are just printed on and do not actually open. Front door also really opens, and is intact.

The front doorstep is a block of wood painted red.

There is wear on the edges of the roof, probably from handling -- it is easy to pick up the house that way.

There are various small marks and injuries to the dollhouse skin -- please review photos to see them. Overall, dollhouse appears to be in very good condition for its age.

Inside, there are 6 rooms, with no stairway. Three rooms upstairs, 3 rooms downstairs.

There appear to be little to no graphics on the walls or floors. Evidently all decorating was left to the new homeowner.

There is some evidence of water marks or staining on the inside. However, none of these marks extend to the outside of the house, nor do they translate into any weakness in the cardboard or Masonite. There is no sign of water penetration into the walls; the only water marks are surface only.

House is lightweight and will be shipped fully assembled.
