This sale is for a Vintage Miniature Sailor Novelty Character. 

Unmarked but research indicates that Smokey Joe was made in Germany in the 1950's. He originally came with a package of miniature cigarettes that would allow him to blow smoke rings when lit. Those cigarettes are not included but at some point were replaced with a semi-permanent cigarette.

He is about 2" high. 

Good condition for his age. No original cigarettes are included but a semi-permanent cigarette was added at some point.  (00-01F23/28)
