HOn30/HOe TMW 0-4-0 Porter Tank Round Steam Engine Narrow Gauge Locomotive Kit

The Porter saddle tank, nicknamed the "Turtle Boy," is an 8-ton airplane modeled in HO fine scale without any deformation. The motor is housed inside the saddle tank, allowing you to enjoy the detailed cab interior equipment.

Note: The kit shown on this page is for round domes (#1132: Round domes). Fluted domes (#1131) are also available separately.

Features

Power unit is painted black, treated to resist abrasion, pre-assembled, equipped with 12V coreless motor, M0.2 gears with flat gear reduction, and the slowest in its class (47mm/s-6V*), enabling realistic running from extremely low speeds.

The chassis is made of plastic by the latest UV 3D printing method, and the smoke chamber, saddle tank, and cab are all one-piece, eliminating the need for assembly. The detailed one-piece cab interior equipment is also included.

Paintable with surfacers and plastic paints just like plastic models.

The one-piece design may have some diagonal lines on the sides of the body. Also, round objects such as the boiler and roof may have steps characteristic of 3D printing. Please use paper or a 3D file to prepare the surface as desired.
