This listing is for a DVD. Region 2 UK issue. If you are an overseas buyer, I welcome your custom but check you can play the disc please or ask for clarification in advance, I will not refund you if the disc will not play because you have not checked in advance.

With second hand discs I will always protect them for transit, normally in a separate slipcover inside the case to prevent damage from "popping out" in transit. I pack carefully, but I cannot promise Royal Mail are as careful as I am, so should you have an issue on delivery, please photograph the package and contents as delivered.

I post free for second class post only, you can purchase first class or tracked (domestic and international) from the postage options, the cost is the cost of posting minus what I would have paid for free postage, consider it an upgrade charge. My postage includes an additional 10% to cover the eBay fees on postage. If you want your item tracked then please select tracked for postage, if you do not, I cannot track your item.

I rarely have issues, with many thousands of  happy customers as you can see from my feedback. If you have a problem, then contact me first to see if I am able to resolve it, in most circumstances I can. If you have an issue, and go straight to feedback as your mechanism of complaint I will still resolve the issue for you as a hallmark of my strong customer service ethos, however, that will be an end to our business and future purchases will not be possible.

I understand my responsibility for delivery, equally as a buyer you should understand I do not control postal services, please show understanding if an item arrives slowly or is lost, there is little I can personally do to get it there quicker. I always despatch in line with my handling times. With items reported as lost I will always claim against Royal Mail, no matter how low in value an item is, it is a matter of principle. Please understand in that situation I will be duty bound to supply delivery address details to Royal Mail who do maintain databases of missing deliveries for their own intelligence. Please also understand that I will never post out a replacement item if I have one to an address where a previous delivery was not received, you will be refunded and the matter will be considered dealt with, you are of course free to reorder.
