Blinky the Eye Puppet is 10 to 12 inches in diameter, a foam-based velour puppet that represents an eye-ball that has a moving mouth and appears to blink when you rotate your hand downward.  

Since all of our puppets are MADE IN THE USA, we need 15 business days for construction time and an additional 3-5 days for delivery time.
