This is likely from the early 1930s. The face says "Grant" and "Swiss" on it, while the band says "10K Bradfield R.G.P"

Made for a dainty wrist. A young woman or a child with a very small wrist could wear this. When fully closed, the band only measures 6" in total length. 

It's untested and I'm selling it as is.
