We are selling perfumes so we are unable to accept any return if the item is opened because we are not able to sell them should be sealed and in its original packing. Thanks for your understanding.

if you want to return Sealed and not used item Please Prior to any return get in contact with us via eBay messages, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all messages within 24 hours of receiving them.

If in highly unlikely scenario you decide to return the item then, please include a note of your eBay id, email address and the reason for return with the returned item.

Refunds will be issued minus P&P charges as soon as returned item is received.
