Edward Gorey Obituary from The New York Times

This clipping was found folded up inside the book The World of Edward Gorey, found at an estate sale in Brooklyn New York. The newspaper page was cut from the New York Times and it has been kept folded up in the book for over 20 years until I recently discovered it. The page itself is in great condition, no rips or tears, it does show signs of aging with its coloring. Graded against the OWL card I would say that it is close to a #6 Tan, as seen by the chart in the photographs. A great piece for the avid Gorey Collectors - this is a rare find!
