Rust Converter Rust Primer Anti-Rust 900 ml RB-95

Characteristic:
BUSTER RB-95 Rust converter for neutralizing and stabilizing rust on steel. Penetrates deep into the rust and neutralizes the corrosion process. Converts iron oxides into an insoluble blue-black organometallic compound. The RB-95 rust converter does NOT require washing with water, so it is also suitable for defects that can then be covered with wax or grease.

App:
The surface must be clean, degreased and dry. If possible, loose material should first be removed roughly mechanically. Apply a coat of RB-95 evenly using a brush or roller. Can be sprayed at a pressure of 3-4 bar using a 1.3-1.5 mm nozzle. Application temperature 5°C-35°C. After a reaction time of 3 hours, it can be painted and filled with all commercially available paints and fillers. Do not use the RB-95 rust converter on surfaces hot above 40°C or in frost. On painted surfaces, wash off immediately with water. Store in a place protected from frost. Clean the device with water after use.

• Economical: 900 ml of rust converter is enough for 20 square meters (10 square meters for two layers).
• RB-95 is easy to use with a brush, roller or spray gun, just one application is enough.
