Antique Haviland & Co. Limoges Oyster Plate, Circa 1860's - 1880's

This is a lovely 5-portion antique oyster plate from Haviland Limoges. Hand-painted and applied (?) flowers in medium and dark blue, silver, and gold, along with gold wells and scalloped edge decoration. The flowers that look grey in the photos are actually silver and shine when the light is directed at them. 

Marked on the back in red, "Haviland & Co. Limoges, " and in green, H & Co / L., this plate is at least one hundred years old with a manufacturing date as early as the 1860s - 1880s. Impressed into the back of the white plate is a factory mark with either a "W," "VV," or an "M."
