This vintage diorama features two art glass black cats which sit upon a metal/cardboard base. The bottom base has a blue decorative 3D effect design strip around it. The diorama is encased in a flexible plastic tube for protection. It is all sealed and intact.

The diorama itself is 9 cm tall and has a diameter of 7.7 cm. The larger cat is about 6 cm tall, 5 cm long, 1.5 cm wide. The smaller cat is about 1.7 cm tall, 2.5 cm long, 0.7cm wide. The cats and flowers are glued down onto a round piece of metal.

The cats appear to be lampworked art glass or hand blown art glass.

The diorama is a preloved aged vintage item that is in good used condition, there is 2 tiny hard to notice cosmetic imperfections on the top right edge shown in the last photo. Please view the photos thoroughly and zoom in if possible.

No brand name but it is very similar to Japanese and Hong Kong made items.

Possibly from the 1960’s or 1970’s.

This unique and rare piece is perfect for a cat collector or art glass collector.
