The item is used less than 5 hours of total time. Since I always find sharing earbuds unsanitary, (even though it can be sanitized using alcohol) I will exclude the Small size silicon tip from the box, but it comes with many different options and sizes in the box. Also these IEMs are rare to find now!
Otherwise it includes everything came with the retail box!
