For sale: One pre-owned Briggs New York brand women's skirt, size M. Great for work or church. Thin, stretchy, black nylon/spandex blend. Material is somewhat sheer. Skirt features decorative buttons & slit on front of skirt. Waistband is somewhat relaxed - it tends to want to bow out. There are a couple of small snags on front of skirt. One tiny white dot on skirt. See photos. Otherwise in good shape. Made in USA!
