Armillary Globe.
This armillary globe stands 7.8 inches high and measures 3.2 inches across the base.
New and unused.
Armillary globe made from brass (laquered).
Used in the 17th and 18th centuries, these globes have the earth in the centre surrounded by heavenly rings.
The rings rotate around the earth.
Boxed - very plain brown postal box.
You can get a little oxidation on the welded joints.
