PRINTING PROCESS
 
All our designs are printed on 300gsm card stock using our top of the range photographic printers
with a 12 ink cartridge system and the highest quality pigment inks to create the most vibrant and perfect print possible
The card is then hand decorated (depending on design) and a 70gsm white paper insert is put in place.

PACKING PROCESS
 
An envelope is included with your card which is then carefully packaged in a cellophane sleeve to ensure extra protection throughout transit.
It is then carefully sealed in a "do not bend" hard backed envelope ready and waiting for when our courier collects your order .

POSTAGE
 
We offer three different options for UK shipping which can be selected at the checkout
Our standard free postage is Royal Mail 2nd class (2-5 working days from date of postage)
Upgrade to 1st Class postage (1-3 working days from date of postage)
For guaranteed next day delivery (UK ONLY ), please select Special Delivery upon checking out .
(please note upgrading the delivery does not speed up our processing times it is to speed up the delivery)




***DELIVERY TIMES***



Please note due to increased demand at certain times of the year,  disruption within the postal service is to be expected. Postal strikes will also affect delivery 

2nd Class delivery can take anywhere between 3-10 working days to arrive

1st Class delivery can take anywhere between 1-7 working days to arrive

Please bear these times in mind when ordering your card.

The estimated dates given by eBay do not take into consideration these delays.

We will not be held responsible for items delivered after the estimated date but still within the time frames set out above.

If you are buying for a specific date we encourage you to upgrade to 1st class and ensure you order in plenty of time.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
 
eBay automatically calculates estimated delivery dates for your order, this is shown on the listing page and also at the checkout.
These dates are only estimates and not guarantees.
They calculate these dates off a "best case" scenario and do not take into account any delays.
Please note during busy periods e.g, Christmas, Valentines, Mothers day, Fathers Day etc delivery timeframes will increase
We ask that all free 2nd class orders give 10 working days for the item to arrive
1st class orders 7 working days to arrive.
We advise that you order in plenty of time as delays can sometimes occur whilst in transit,
we also recommend in upgrading the postage if you need your card in a hurry.
We will not be held responsible for any cards that arrive after the estimated delivery date.
Please allow the above timeframes before contacting us regarding a missing item.
We will then pass this to our Royal Mail manager who will check to see where the 2D barcode for your order has been scanned.
 
 




*Important Information*


If for what ever reason there is an issue with your order please get in touch with us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Due to monitor differences the colour onscreen may be slightly different to the finished product.
Due to the handmade nature of our cards there maybe slight variations from the item pictured.
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible as once your card has been printed we are unable to cancel your order.
If the item you have ordered is not personalised we can accept a return, however the return postage will be the buyers responsibility.
Once the item has been returned and in the same condition we will issue a refund for the full cost of the item (minus any postage upgrades)
If you have ordered a personalised item we unfortunately are unable to accept returns.
