For sale here is a WW2 era silver and enamel sweetheart pendant for the Womens Royal Naval Service, it is hard to see on the pictures but it has had a small white facetted stone set in the centre of the Crown - originally a sweetheart on a bar, converted to a pendant at some point in it's life.

Suspension ring stamped '925', the pendant is approximately 23 mm tall. The condition is good, minor wear commensurate with age, traces of silver solder on the rear from when it was a brooch, slight nibbles in the blue enamel, overall fine.

Please view the pictures as they form part of the description - if you see something in the picture that I have failed to mention, then please do contact me and I will answer any questions. I try and be as thorough as possible, but like anyone I may miss things, so please contact me and I will furnish any information you need.

Please see my other auctions for more items. To give best value for buyers I am always happy to combine postage (there may be a slight price increase if the weight band/value increases).

***Please read below before you bid especially if bidding from outside the UK*** Please note the 2nd Royal Mail price increase!!

The postage quoted is for 2nd Class Recorded within the UK. The postage is as close to cost as I can get it - Ebays Final Value/Managed Payments fees apply to the postage you pay - £3.70 breaks down as £3.15 (yes they do take over 50p to add to their profits) in my hand so after £3.05 for posting, it leaves 10p for envelopes and materials,so please keep this in mind when rating me.

Postage will always be combined, the price might change slightly due to weight/size but I try and keep this to a minimum. The prices for combined postage are estimated and if I have over quoted the cost, then I will always refund any difference, and this is reflected in my good feedback.

International bidders : I no longer post to Italy. Please contact me for an estimate of postage as I have had to put a blanket price for the Ebay policy - as with the UK prices I try and keep as close to cost as I possibly can. For many items it will be cheaper than the £15.00 quoted. If a buyer is intending to delay payment for a reason, then please do let me know - I am very accommodating and understand that people may need to wait a week or so to pay, all I ask is that you let me know, its plain good manners. If no payment is received after 7 days and you haven't contacted me I will reluctantly open a case with Ebay.
