You get all three as pictured manuals are included. Legos are clean and a nice condition. There are no mini figures with this sadly and I don’t know if the buildings are complete or what is missing. These are sold completely as is I will take them mostly apart for shipping and keep them separated by set you get all three. Thanks for looking.
